BRIDAL POLICY

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

  • A non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to secure your wedding date.

  • Your date is not reserved until the retainer has been received.

  • The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to the wedding date, as outlined in the invoice.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.


    TRAVEL POLICY

  • Travel within the GTA is included.

  • Locations outside the GTA are subject to an additional travel fee.

  • Any parking, valet, or venue-related fees will be handled by the client.

  • Please ensure that all parking and venue arrangements are communicated in advance, to allow for seamless service

    BRIDAL TRIAL (OPTIONAL)

  • If you book a bridal trial session to try your desired bridal look, please bring any inspiration photos or references to help guide the consultation.

    BRIDAL PARTY SERVICES

  • Please confirm all bridal party participants at the time of booking. Final numbers should be provided at least 14 days before your event.


    SCHEDULES & TIMELINES

  • The Client agrees to ensure all parties are ready at their scheduled time.

  • A late fee of $10 per 10 minutes will apply if the client is late.

  • Appointments will be cancelled after 45 minutes of no show and deposit will be forfieted.


    CANCELLATION POLICY

  • The retainer is non-refundable.

  • Each deposit allows for one reschedule; additional reschedules will forfeit the deposit.

  • Changes to services, location, or timing must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.

    CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

    To ensure optimal results, the Client agrees that:

  • All individuals receiving services will have clean, product-free skin.

  • Any allergies or sensitivities will be disclosed in advance.

  • A suitable workspace with adequate lighting will be provided.

    LIABILITY

  • While every effort is made to ensure client satisfaction, we are not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities if not disclosed prior to the appointment.
