BOOKING & DEPOSITS

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if a reschedule is requested 48 hrs before appointment.

  • Studio appointment is offered at my home studio. Full address will be provided after the deposit has been recieved and 24 hrs before appointment.


    TRAVEL POLICY

  • Travel within the GTA is included.

  • Appointments outside the GTA are subject to an additional travel fee.

  • Any on-site parking fees will be added to your balance.


    LATE POLICY

  • A late fee of $10 per 10 minutes will apply if the client is late or if the scheduled service runs over time.

  • Appointments will be cancelled after 30 minutes of no show and deposit will be forfieted.

  • If we are unable to make it to your appointment, your full deposit will be refunded.


    CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Studio and On-location appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Each deposit allows for one reschedule; additional reschedules will forfeit the deposit.
